Data Networks Rmi are setting up a national data network, utilising our wireless cable transmitters.
Rmi's Wireless Cable Service (RWCS), is a low cost, high speed, data service.
With ONE RWCS service at your premesis, you can have the following:

30 Standard Telephone Lines
High Speed ISDN - speeds of 64k, 128k, 256k, 512k, 640k, 1mb, 2mb
RmiVision (Pay TV)

Wireless Cable Transciever

The Rmi Wireless Cable Transciever is a small dish that is installed on your roof, and transmits/recieves data to/from the RMI Telecommunications Network.

This connect's to a decoder inside your premesis, this decoder connects to a 40 pair MDF.
From this frame, distribute 30 phone lines (1 pair each), and a 10 Base T Ethernet Connection for your computer, and a Audio/Video pair for your TV for RmiVision Pay TV.
For smaller installations, a 10 pair MDF will be used.

NOTE:With RMI's Data Network, you do not need a terminal adapter, or digital modem, your data is delivered via a 10 Base T Ethernet connection. So for this reason, the RMI data network is only useful if you want to link all your offices or points of presence together via the RMI Network, or if you wish to connect to RMI's Internet Service.
